Please follow these guidelines when making reference to TauTheta branded products, including but not limited to: Sensors for Life, RuggedO2 and TrueZero are trademarks or registered trademarks of TauTheta Instruments, LLC, Boulder Colorado, USA.
Referential Use of TauTheta Instruments, LLC Trademarks:
Anyone may use TauTheta Instruments, LLC trademarks for referential purposes so long as written permission has been authorized and granted by the TauTheta Business Development Manager. Once authorized, referential use of any TauTheta products, including software and services, the appropriate trademark symbols in accordance with the list of current TauTheta trademarks below must be applied.
Use Trademark Notices
Include an attribution of TauTheta Instruments, LLC ownership of the trademark(s) within the credit notice section of documentation or advertisement. The format to follow is:
" Sensors for Life, RuggedO2, and TrueZero are trademarks or registered trademarks of TauTheta Instruments, LLC, Boulder Colorado, USA.”
Do Not Use TauTheta Instruments, LLC Trademarks in the Possessive or Plural Form
TauTheta Instruments, LLC trademarks should never be used in the possessive or plural form, but should be introduced as a proper adjective and may be followed by the appropriate descriptor as indicated in the list below.
